Why anonymize before you share

  • Workspace files carry customer data

    A sales sheet, a support export or a board deck contains customer names, emails and account numbers. Anonymize the copy you share, keep the original where it is.

  • Provider settings vary by account

    Whether prompts are reviewed, retained or used for training depends on the account type and admin settings. Check the provider's data controls; anonymizing first works regardless.

  • Structure matters more than names

    For a chart, a pivot summary or a slide rewrite the model needs the columns and the numbers, not the customer behind each row.

How to do it

Four steps, all in your browser
